At Calgary Wing Chun, we believe in cultivating a supportive environment for all our students. The Academy offers classes for kids 7+, teens, and adults practicing self-defence techniques, building confidence, discipline, focus, and strength in a supportive training environment.
Beginner Classes:
Kids 7+
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Sunday 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Teens and Adults
Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Wing Chun Foundations Kids Classes (Ages 7–12)
Build Strength, Confidence & Focus - Unlock your child’s potential with our Calgary Wing Chun Kids Program for ages 7–12. In a safe, supportive environment, kids build confidence, discipline, and focus while learning foundational techniques like Sil Lim Tao (SLT) and basic Chum Kiu. Through age-appropriate training, they’ll develop self-defense skills, strength, and coordination, forming positive habits and lasting friendships along the way.

Wing Chun Foundations Classes (Ages 12+)
Master Wing Chun Kung Fu fundamentals with classes designed to build confidence, discipline, focus, and a sense of community. Develop strength, coordination, and self-defense skills through structured training, featuring essential techniques like Sil Lim Tao (SLT) and basic Chum Kiu in a safe, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners and veterans looking to strengthen their foundations.
